Don't apologize for being you. Don't ever for one second not think that you are worth it. I have allowed myself to live in shame for the past 27 years and I am sooo over it!
Go out and do something that will make you laugh today.
Make it a good one. Enjoy the holiday season don't put yourself down. Another year is almost over and I don't know about you but I am really looking forward to 2015.
